Administered by the College of Human Ecology and located in Washington DC, . CUIPR is a resource for Cornell researchers who conduct research on issues in human services policy.
CUIPR is a new part of a sustained, two-decade effort to strengthen Cornell University's social science research infrastructure and encourage social science faculty and students to play a leading role in research that has national policy significance.
The Institute's affiliation with Cornell University allows it to capitalize on Cornell's diverse strengths in the social sciences. While conveniently located in Washington D.C., the Institute has access to the vast resources on Cornell's campus in Ithaca. These resources include nationally recognized faculty, research associates, graduate and undergraduate research assistants, computing facilities and computational support, and library services.
