As Director of Conservation Science at the Cornell Lab of Ornithology, I oversee a diverse set of research and outreach activities directed at the conservation of birds throughout the Western Hemisphere.These activities include basic research on bird biology, citizen-science to address applied conservation questions, and collaborative partnerships at national and international levels focused on conservation planning and policy.
