The Cornell Population Center (CPC) serves as the intellectual hub for demographic research and training at Cornell University. The CPC supports demographic research relating broadly to three core themes: (1) families and children; (2) health behaviors and disparities; and (3) poverty and inequality. The CPC is a university-wide program serving 96 affiliates from 24 different departments and is housed in the College of Human Ecology. Daniel T. Lichter is CPC Director. Erin Oates is CPC Program Administrator.
