Craig Kahlke is an Area Extension Specialist in Fruit Quality Management for the Lake Ontario Fruit Program (LOFT) of Cornell Cooperative Extension. Craig’s programming areas include harvest maturity testing of apples and pears, postharvest storage and technology, food safety, and marketing.
