Anthony Ong is Associate Professor of Human Development at Cornell University. His research focuses on human resilience or the capacity of individuals to respond adaptively to life challenge and adversity. A major focus of his recent work involves expanding basic understanding of the biological and behavioral mechanisms through which social relationships and positive emotions contribute to diverse health outcomes.
