Jill Powell is Engineering Librarian at Carpenter Hall and manages the budget for collections. She received a Bachelors degree from Cornell and a Masters of Library Science from Syracuse University. She came to the Engineering Library in 1986, teaches classes in library research, provides reference service, and is a library liaison to these schools: Biomedical Engineering, Electrical and Computing Engineering, and Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering.
