Jill works with the EMPS subject librarians, the research departments and across CUL to enhance communication and develop an awareness of library services.  She also helps create and design guides, presentation materials, publications for instruction sessions and workshops.  Jill submits and monitors acquisition and access to online resources, collecting and analyzing metrics on usage patterns and cost data and development of reports of all these activities for a wide range of stakeholders as we continue to articulate the scope of these emerging virtual libraries.
