Blakely, Robin M.
Extension AssociateRobin Blakely is an Extension Associate with the Community & Rural Development Institute (CaRDI) and a member of the Department of Development Sociology. She has worked extensively with rural communities and regions around New York State, most notably with the Rural Vision Project, a collaborative effort between CaRDI, Development Sociology, CCE, and the NYS Legislative Commission on Rural Resources. Her focus is on community development, social and demographic indicators, and organizing the various CaRDI publication and seminar series focused on rural NYS. She currently co-chairs a CCE Program Work Team on Community & Economic Renewal, and is an active board member for the NYS Rural Schools Association.
