Paul is a co-teacher in the seminar for Evidence Based Medicine, which is given annually to first-year medical students. Paul also leads workshops on tools for bibliographic management such as EndNote.

Paul is digital services librarian at Weill Cornell Medical College where he works on a range of digital projects including: developing content for the display screen; updating and modifying the web site; conducting usability tests; and playing a key role in the assessment and evaluation of library services. Also, Paul is on the Data Working Group, a cross-campus committee focused on solutions to the challenges of long-term archival of digital materials. Previously, Paul worked as reference librarian at St. Francis College.
